On Thursday 12th November the Y8 boys Football team played Compass secondary school.
St Michael’s Catholic College and Compass Secondary school played with the upmost respect for one-another. Both teams had a positive approach to the game whereby they tried to put together lots of short passes to progress up the field.
After the first 10 minutes St Michael’s Catholic College took the lead through a well placed finish from Terrell Agyemang. From here, St Michael’s went onto score a number of goals. Compass had a number of chances to even the score, but these attempts did not come to fruition.
Goals from Terrell Agyemang (3), Aymer Nagles (1), Julien Sarmiento-Ramirez (3), Lennox Okeyere-Ntim (1), Raymond (1), Roland Zadi (1) and Clement Scott (1) sealed the win for St Michael’s.
The players voted Roland Zadi player of the match for his positive attitude and passing performance.
Well done to both teams for their positive attitude towards the game.
