After several years of bidding for capital funding a new building project has begun from July 2016 to July 2017. The new 21st century facilities will include a sixth form and a multi-purpose flexible teaching block with an astroturf and professionally landscaped exterior. This will cater for the expansion of the college to 1050 pupils; 750 in years 7-11 and 300 in the sixth form.
