Penny Jones, formerly of The Guardian and Conde Nast, came into present on a subject she feels passionately about: why women should be confident. A mixed audience- for we all need to encourage each other to be confident in ourselves- listed sagely to her stories of over-apologising, speaking timidly and shrinking your body. They were encouraged to think positively
and to take up more space.
