St Michael’s Catholic College is enjoying, yet again, a phenomenal improvement in results for both academic and vocational courses as the sixth form goes from strength to strength in its sixth year. 89 students were entered for A’ Levels in 2017, 42% of students attained an A or A* grade and 54 % of all A ‘Level grades were A* – B.
The college congratulates its students who will be beginning their undergraduate studies in subjects as diverse as Law, History, Business Management, Economics and Mechanical Engineering to name but a few, at prestigious institutions such as Exeter, Warwick, Newcastle, Loughborough, Southampton, Queen Mary, Surrey and Kent. This means that students will be attending both Russell group and 1994 universities from September.
We are delighted to announce that Thomas Mulligan has successfully gained a place at Oxford University to read Law at St Edmund Hall College which is an exceptional achievement.
These outstanding achievements reflect the magnificent efforts of the students themselves and the support of their parents as well as the commitment of the outstanding teaching and support staff at St Michael’s.
