Welcome to our BBC school news report page. The BBC school news project aims to encourage literacy by giving 11-16 year olds the chance to make their own news reports for a real audience. From interviewing visitors to the school to delivering the latest weather forecast, our young reporters have chased stories and gathered news in order to create interesting articles for all. The scheme culminates in a news day on the 21st March where pupils work to a tight deadline to deliver the news and offer the freshest reports.
